Prime Time’s Top-Earning Women

Forbes just released its new list of the women who rule prime-time television, earnings wise. The list is ranked by estimated revenue from production, movie, endorsement and fashion ventures, in addition to TV work, between June 1, 2007, and June 1, 2008. Here are the top eight:

1. Tyra Banks, The Tyra Banks Show and America’s Next Top Model, $23 million

2. Heidi Klum, Project Runway, $14 million

3. Katherine Heigl, Grey’s Anatomy, $13 million

4. Eva Longoria Parker, Desperate Housewives, $9 million

5. Maura Tierney, ER, $7.5 million

6. Mariska Hargitay, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, $6.5 million

7. Marg Helgenberger, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, $6 million

8. Jennifer Love Hewitt, Ghost Whisperer, $5 million
