Friendliest countries
December 17, 2008
So, things haven’t been going all that well for you in the home country lately.
Maybe you’ve suffered through a financial setback. Or a divorce. Or maybe some other bit of misfortune has left you wondering if it’s time for something completely different.
Think…Canada?
According to a recent survey conducted by HSBC bank, 95 percent of expatriates who settle in Canada have learned to make nice with the locals. Germany and Australia ranked high as well.
If you’re looking for a change of scenery, Forbes has the list of the strongest possibilities.
Here’s the Top 10:
1. Canada
2. Germany
3. Australia
5. India
7. Hong Kong
8. Spain
9. France
10. Netherlands
