X-Files (1998)

If you were a big fan of the series, you probably ate this one up. If not, it still had its moments, but probably not enough to warrant a big budget and a trip to the theater. The truth is still out there, and agents Scully and Mulder are trying to find it. Aliens indeed are plotting to take over the Earth, and the pair find a whole bunch of folks frozen under ice in what proves to be a spaceship. Fleeing for their lives, Scully is unconscious when the ship takes off, but Mulder gets an I-told-you-so eyeful. Will anyone believe him? Probably not.
