Famous disappearances

Amelia Earhart flew off into the sunset,  whether she meant to or not. D.B. Cooper jumped off a plane and into one of America’s great unsolved mysteries. Rumor long has had it that Jimmy Hoffa became part of Giants Stadium.

History is full of people whose fate remains open to the imagination. Many have become the stuff of legend.
