2008 AMA Award winners

Chris Brown dominated the show at the 2008 American Music Awards, grabbing three trophies, including male soul/R&B artist, male pop/rock artist and artist of the year.

Alicia Keys won in pop/rock and soul/R&B for As I Am. Rihanna also took home two awards, female artist in both the pop/rock and soul/R&B categories. Kanye West was another double winner, for male rap/hip-hop artist and rap/hip-hop album for Graduation.
