SEC football champions

College football resonates deeply with its fans, and nowhere more than in the Southeastern Conference. The league annually produces some of the season’s most passionate battles, and rarely is the winner far removed from the national championship race.
Last year’s survivor — LSU — added the national title to its resume for the second time in five seasons.
Here’s the list of SEC football champions since the conference went to the championship game format back in 1992:
