Hitwise assembles data by sampling the daily interaction between 10 million U.S. Internet users and more than one million unique Web sites, organizing those sites into industries based on subject matter and content.

2. MSNBC — 17.20

3. Fox News — 9.72

4. BBC News — 4.38

5. Bloomberg — 3.38

6. ABCNews.com — 2.71

8. CBSNews.com — 1.32

9. National Public Radio — 1.05

10. The Today Show — 1.03
