USA Today preseason football poll

Who is on the fast track to the 2009 college football national championship? Preseason polls don’t guarantee anything once the games begin, but they can make sure a team doesn’t have to move up too far to stay in the conversation.

Missouri at #44? Riiight. All credibility just flew out of the window. But at least you squeezed Notre Dame on the top 25 to assuage the Pope worshipers. What a crock.
