Whether it’s for Valentine’s Day, a birthday, an anniversary, or just for the heck of it, we all like to have a special place to take the one we love for that romantic evening out.

What makes a place romantic? That’s certainly open to debate. Never the types to do things halfway, the folks at Forbes Traveler surveyed five chefs from Bravo’s “Top Chef” to come up with its list of “The Most Romantic Restaurants in the U.S.
