In early June, Forbes published its Celebrity 100, a ranking of the most powerful stars in the world. One big trend is the number of Tweens on the list: Miley Cyrus, Daniel Radcliffe, Zac Efron and Ashley Tisdale. But rest assured, the top 10 remains Tweenless.
