Who are the biggest movers and shakers among the world’s males? AskMen.com poses the question annually and recently produced its list of the Top 49 Most Influential Men for 2008.

More than 200,000 votes were tabulated. Readers also were allowed to add a comment explaining why that individual was worthy of recognition.
