2008 Switzer Fellowship and Grant Winners

From Robert and Patricia Switzer Foundation

The Robert and Patricia Switzer Foundation, a 22-year old environmental foundation, has announced the 25 new Switzer Fellows and 11 new Switzer Leadership Grant recipients working with Switzer Fellows on projects that aim to directly improve environmental quality. Each year, at least 20 future environmental leaders are awarded $15,000 each from the Robert & Patricia Switzer Foundation to complete masters and doctoral degrees while advancing their skills and expertise to address critical environmental challenges.

2008 Switzer Leadership Grant Recipients

As a complement to the Fellowship program, the Switzer Leadership Grant program provides grants of up to $40,000 to organizations which partner with a Switzer Fellow on a project that aims to directly improve
environmental quality. The recent Leadership Program Grantees are:
