Top Horror Flicks
October 31, 2008
Who better to ask about the top horror flicks of all time? Someone who works in the genre is probably a good candidate.
Knowing your way around all thing creepy and ghoulish certainly helps. Having a wicked — if not warped — sense of humor about all of it appears to be an asset, too.
Entertainment Weekly asked director Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead) to pick his six favorites. Here’s what he came up with:
An American Werewolf in London (1981)
Suspiria (1977)
Evil Dead II: Dead By Dawn (1987)
Dawn of the Dead (1978)
The Thing (1982)
Carrie (1976)
